LW300 horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge: This equipment is an LW series product, usually used for dehydration and concentration. It is widely used for large dewatering requirements of municipal and industrial wastewater sludge. Small size, high speed, small processing capacity and other characteristics, are used for large separation factors, small processing capacity and other occasions. According to the actual use can be divided into clarification type, dehydration type, concentration type, separation type, classification type, and extraction type; Users can choose for themselves. Type 300 is suitable for easy separation materials with large particle size, large differences between solid and liquid density, low viscosity, high concentration, strong processing capacity and higher dryness than clarity. Materials such as sludge or wastewater containing fine particles usually need flocculants to condense the fine particles into large particles and then dehydrate them with sedimentation centrifuges.
operating principle
Decanter centrifuge is dependent on the density difference of solid-liquid two phases, under the action of centrifugal force, to accelerate the sedimentation rate of solid particles to achieve solid-liquid separation. The centrifuge consists of two rotors, one is called a rotating drum, and the other rotor is a spiral discharger (referred to as a spiral). When the drum rotates at a high speed, the slurry in the drum rotates with the drum and is subjected to centrifugal force, which is many times larger than the gravity force, so that the solid particles will be separated from the liquid, from the centrifuge drum axis, settling to the inner wall of the drum, the spiral discharger located in the drum rotates at a lower speed than the drum and pushes the deposited solid particles to the slag outlet. The speed difference between the external drum and the screw discharger depends on the differential mechanism ratio and its speed.

6. JG-type rubber shock absorbers do not require anchor bolts.
