        In LWLZ450 Thickening Screen Worm Centrifuge, the structural characteristics of the decanter centrifuge and the screen centrifuge are integrated in one. Horizontal screen worm centrifuge is widely applied for the solid-liquid separating in industries of chemical, food, salt, mining and pharmaceutical, etc., including various crystals, fibers, crop shells, or plastic particles, etc., in which the solid content is less, or there is less sticky substances in the mother liquid. Based on its working principle and compact structure, the separating effect is good, even particles size is big, and there is no strict limit for the integrity of particles.

Working principle

 LWLZ Thickening Screen Worm Centrifuge:
 
        By the centrifugal force, the feed liquid is divided into a solid layer and a liquid layer at the decanting section, where most liquid or low-density sticky substances are discharged out, and then the concentrated items are further dehydrated at the filtering section. Because of the dual-dehydration mechanism, after the separating, the moisture content in the solid phase meets
the process requirements.

*Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional worm screw screen centrifuges, shenzhou has developed Y series crash-free clean horizontal screw screen centrifuges after 5 years of research and development.

Main Features
1. The parts in contact with materials, such as the drum and screw, can be made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or titanium alloy.
2. Dedicated filter screen with optional material, the thickness of the filter screen can reach 0.5mm, the mesh density is
optional 10-250 mesh, and the service life is longer.
3. The drum speed is the variable frequency and steplessly adjustable.
4. Simple and reliable circulating oil lubrication method.
5. Safety protection: speed detection, oil-free protection, motor overload and overheat protection, spiral zero differential
protection.

Material selection:
The material of the part in contact between the centrifuge and the material can be selected from stainless steel (304, 316L, 2205, etc.), Hastelloy, titanium, and other corrosion-resistant materials according to customer requirements.

Configuration selection:
Explosion-proof configuration, gas-liquid separation device at the discharge port, washing device, vibration, and main bearing temperature monitoring protection, etc.
 Successful applications:
 
The centrifuge is suitable for the particles content around 10%-60% and linear or crystalline solid particles which size around 0.1-2.6mm. It has been successfully applied for solid-liquid separation in chemical, salt, medicine, food, metallurgy, mining, pharmaceutical and other industries. Such as: AH - potassium salt, sodium chloride, sodium chlorate and sodium hyposulphite, vanadium, citric acid, cologne acid, potassium chloride, polyvinyl chloride, sodium phosphate, fruit juice, aspirin, methyl cellulose, ammonium sulphate, urea, plastic particles, etc.
