This machine is an automatic multi-functional tea bag packaging equipment with a new heat sealing type. The inner and outer bag forming is finished at the same time, avoid direct contact with the packing material and improve working efficiency. Inner bag is made of filter paper with thread and tag attached, and outer bag is made of composite paper.
Scope of application: This machine is suitable for disposable packaging of inner and outer bags of small particles such as tea, herbal tea and health tea roots.

1.Tag attaching and outer bag making can adopt photoelectric positioning. Packing capacity, inner bag and outer bag size can be easily adjusted according to different requirements in order to achieve the best packaging results, improve product appearance and enhance the value of the product.
2. PLC control system combined with touch screen, can easily set can change the packing parameters. Daily production output and self-diagnostic machine error can be viewed directly from the screen.
3. Photocell sensor x 2pcs equipped for tracking the colormark designed on the bag material, so make sure the logo designing at same position on each bag.
4. 304 Stainless steel contact part & machine shell.
5. Machine will stop automatically if it is out of film.
6. Fine packaging performance, stable, low noise, clear sealing texture and strong sealing performance .
7. Straight line easy tearing cut & Emboss code as FREE options.
