This solid-liquid separating machine can work continuously, and the intermittent discharging is adopted. With the variable-frequency speed regulating control, the machine can be operated in common or explosion-proof sites.
After the bowl is driven directly by the motor, it begins to rotate and speed up. When the rotary speed gets to the feeding speed, the feeding inlet is opened, and the mixed liquor enters. By the centrifugal force, those solids move toward the basket wall, and after a period of time, will be settled. Along the radial direction of the liquid pipe, those liquids will be sucked out, and be collected. When the residual gets to a certain thickness, stop the machine, and those cakes can be taken out by manual.

The skimming liquid tube
The machine running at highest speed and separation, just rotate the skimming liquid device after separated well, the liquid will be discharged from the tube and flow out. Due to the density difference, the liquid will be inner layer.
The bowl of sediment centrifuge
The bowl is the main part of sediment centrifuge, no hole.
Different from normal filter bag centrifuge.All stainless steel material, meet GMP standard.The solid in the bowl need to be discharged manually after stop.
The upper cover of sediment centrifuge
The upper cover has feeding port, skimming liquid tube, also observe port and light hole.If need explosion proof function,we can add nitrogen feeding port for protection.All the port on the upper cover, the size can be customized.
The motor of sediment centrifuge
We can provide standard normal motor or explosion-proof motor. Normal power supply is 380V 50Hz 3-phase 4.0Kw.
Different in different country can be customized. Such as 220V or 415V, 50Hz or 60Hz, 1-phase or 2-phase.
