This product is designed to be used with an air compressor (8 mm outer diameter air pipe). A small one with a power of 800 W and a capacity of 30L is sufficient, which we do not provide.

Durable Construction
The screw capping machine is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel, anti-corrosion, and anti-scratch. The capping head can be customized according to the cap height, 50 to 300mm.
Locking Friction Wheels
This pneumatic screw capping machine adopts four locking friction wheels, made of premium TRP, offering efficient friction by rotating. It is easy to maintain. For cap diameter: 0.6-2.2inch/16 -55mm.
Positioning Device
The stainless steel positioning block can be adjusted front and rear to adapt to the bottle size. Move the cap to the center and fix the position of the bottle, preventing it from falling with a non-slip silicone mat.
Intelligent Control
The electric plastic cap capping is equipped with a concise LCD control panel. The capping time and interval are adjustable. Support manual mode with a footswitch and automatic mode.
Advanced Double Motors
The capping and the lifting of the torque capping head are controlled respectively through two powerful motors. Tightening the caps by this machine saves labor and increases efficiency.
Application
This model can be used to seal duckbill cover, pointed mouth cover, irregular plastic cover, regular plastic round cover, etc., used in food, daily chemical, and other industries.
