LWL 450 HORIZONTAL SCREW DISCHARGE FILTERING CENTRIFUGE
Working Principle
The suspension enters the spiral cavity from the feed pipe, and enters the rotating drum through the spray nozzle near the bottom of the cone end of the screw head. The liquid phase of the slurry is separated by the screen set on the rotating wall under the action of the centrifugal airport, the solid particles are trapped in the drum; meanwhile, the solid particles in the drum move from the small end of the drum to the big end of the drum under the action of centrifugal force and the differential speed between the screw and the drum. During this movement, the centrifugal force increases rapidly due to the increase of
the rotation diameter, and the solid phase changes from the high moisture content solid phase when it initially enters to the low content solid phase when it is discharged from the drum, so as to realize the automatic and continuous separation of solid and liquid phases.
