LW650 Sludge Dewatering Decanter Centrifuges for avocado oil
The LWS Three Phase Decanter is a new type of three phase horizontal screw decanter centrifuge mainly suitable for three phase separation oil,water and slage in the oil production line,and also applicable to three phase separation of liquid-liquid-solid from olive oil,palm oil,coal tar and other similar materials.
This decanter centrifuge continuously produce with a high production capacity and small energy consumption per unit,but also has the best separation effect,minimum material loss,most convenient operation and most economical installation and maintenance costs,the new light and heavy liquid phase distribution devices and reliable labyrinth seal structure are used to achieve the best oil and water separation,the advanced slag-discharge structure is also used to achieve the continous and smooth solid phase slag discharge avoiding the occurrence of blocking materials,while eliminating solid phase and water mixing in downtime.
The decanter centrifuge adopts double variable-frequency stepless speed regulation for start and speed control with simple debugging and high adaptability.
Avocado oil is usually used in the cosmetics industry, but as the developing of extraction process, avocado oil can be used as cold-pressed edible oil and in the pharmaceutical industry as well. Today, avocado oil has reached the same popularity as olive oil and the market is growing. The extraction of avocado oil can be compared with the extraction of olive oil.
Shenzhou decanter centrifuge provides the best solution for avocado oil production. The equipment can be used for the extraction and production of cold-pressed avocado oil. The avocado oil factory only needs to peel and clean the avocados and then they can use the Shenzhou centrifuge to separate the avocado pulp into pulp, oil, and water. Then, the separator will refine the oil phase and remove ultrafine impurities. The use of Shenzhou centrifuges for avocado oil extraction can ensure higher production and better quality. Simultaneously, the centrifuge’s advanced wear resistance can automatically adapt to the load level, and can operate continuously and stably.
1.Raw material：The fresh fruit after harvest takes about a week to mature，After the fruit is ripe, it is processed again。
2.Washing ： Cleaning up dust, sediment, and a large number of microorganisms and residues of chemical pesticides on the surface of fruits and vegetables，Ensure product cleanliness and hygiene。Rinse fruits and vegetables again in the ascending section with clear water ， to eliminate the effects of microorganisms in residual tap water on fruits and vegetables .
3.De-stoning and partial peeling ：remove pericarp ,kernels and other impurities.，To get a clean pulp.
4.Crushing ：Fine grind the pulp so that the cells in the pulp are fully broken，To facilitate the separation of avocado oil.The quality of fine grinding directly determines the oil yield.
5.Malaxing：Dilute the crushed pulp，Dilute to a pulp containing 15% pulp，Adding anti-emulsifier in a certain proportion during dilution，And set the acid value PH value to 5.55.6.Prevent oil from emulsifying in slurry， To ensure the oil yield，After dilution, steam can be used to heat it，Boil for 5-10 minutes，Further free the avocado oil from the pulp.
6.Separation：The heated pulp is still a three-phase mixture of oil, water and slag，To separate avocado oil from it, you also need to send the pulp to a centrifuge for centrifugation，Note that the temperature of pulp should
be kept between 80 ℃ and 90 ℃ during centrifugal separation，Avocado oil with high purity can be obtained by centrifugation.
