SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION

The GQ as a clarifying type of tubular centrifuge is designed to separate low percentages of solids bigger than 0.001 microns in size which are suspended in a liquid. The high centrifugal force generated causes the solids to migrate to the wall of the centrifuge tube where they are retained. The clarified liquid is the discharged at the top of the tube.

GQ105 high-speed tubular centrifuge is a small tubular centrifuge used in schools, laboratories, scientific research institutes and other industries. It is a separation machine with high separation factors. It is mainly used to separate various suspensions that are difficult to separate and have a small solid content. It is suitable for solid-liquid separation with low concentration, small particles, high viscosity and small specific gravity difference between two media.

The cabinet is available in paint type and stainless steel type. All parts in contact with materials in the machine are made of 316L stainless steel.
