GKH/GK horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge is a horizontal, auto-controlled continuous running, batch operational filtration scraper discharge (siphon) filtering centrifuge. It uses the dual function of the centrifugal force and siphon exhaust to add filter impetus, speeden the filter, so that can shorten the separating time, to gain higher capacity and lower humidity of filter residue.
Main Application
In addition to the general used for fine grain solid-liquid separation, more suitable for small solid phase particle size and low
concentration, great viscosity, and requires low filter cake humidity materials, especially suitable for large load production and
needs fully washed solid and liquid separation.
GK series peeler centrifuge is widely used in such industries as chemical, food, light industry, pharmaceutical, starch etc. It issuitable for separating suspension containing large-size or medium size or small size particles such as sulphuric, ammonia,carbonic ammonia, PVC, tomato starch etc.
GKH siphon peeler centrifuge is designed on the common peeler centrifuge basics. By the siphon to increase the force pushes the clarified liquid passing through the filtration medium into the liquid chamber, the liquid is drained out of the basket through the sucker. Adjusting the position of sucker could change the liquid level in the suction chamber to adjust the force of filtration, speed, output, dryness of the solid cake and effectiveness of cleaning.
Set a recoil fitting, pour washing liquid into the suction chamber and the overflow chamber if it needs. Washing liquid flowing
into the basket will resume the filtering performance of the filtration medium when it passed through it.
Siphone peeler centrifuges are suitable for massively processing of the highly sticky slurry with free moisture soilds cake. It can be applicable to separating amylum, sodium bicarbonate and calcium phosphate.

2.Motion element adopts electric-hydraulic pressure auto-control. The whole process feeding, element filter, washing, refined
filter, discharging in determination.

4.Safety protection: rotating speed detection, Vibration protection, open cover protection, motor overload overheat protection,
scraper rotating machinery electrical dual control.
5.Main case adopts welded structure, compact structure, higher machine bearing strength.
6.Motor and the main body are installed as one, for user convenient installation and using and reduce the machine space usage.
7.Ful lclosed construction,sealing part adopts silicone rubber and fluorine rubber.
8.Independent hydraulic station, can be installed separately, convenient recondition.
9.Designed isolation mounting device and rubber damping basis, the machine operates steadyand smoothly, highly reduced the
vibration and the noise, improved the production factory working environment, reduced the hurt to machine caused by the machine
vibration.
10.Adopts spiral conveyor discharge (GK1250 and bigger model), can stop the material block up effectively for the slippage material.
11.Contacting material for centrifuge and separation media are made of stainless steel which enhance the machine anticorrosion
performance and hygiene requirements.
12.Siphon horizontal centrifuge adopts siphon principle, which makes high production efficiency, and large filter driven power,
compared with GK separator (same rotary drum diameter), the production efficiency increase by 50% or more, and less moisture
content of filtration cake.
13.Siphon horizontal centrifuge is equipped with backwashing device, which makes residue filtration cake layer backwashing soaked
so as to regenerate filter cloth.

1.Transmission: Horizontal standard (or explosion-proof) motor + standard (or antistatic flame retardant) V belt + PLC + inverter+dynamic braking.
2.Structure:Outer shell is connected with base slot, cover and shell adopts flange with quick opening structure,easy to open.On the shell cover, there are feeding pipe,washing pipe,observation glass, scraper device,lighting hole,material layer detection devices, etc.
3.Materials of Construction:Basement and bearing base are made of carbon steel or cast iron; Outer shell and cover are made of carbon steel,inner stainless steel 304.Rotary drum and fasteners are made of stainless steel 304.
4.Electrical control cabinet and on site operation cabinet.
5.Others:Screw feeder ( Above GK1250).
