This type filter centrifuge applies to both solid phase for the granular filtering, it can be used for dewatering fibrous material, particularly high viscosity, fine particle size, toxic and hazardous, flammable materials in the filter. For example:gypsum, thiamine, glauber's salt, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, a chloride, oil, acetic acid, borax, soda, rubber additives, dye,plastic raw materials, fertilizer, all kinds of resin, salt, MSG, food additives, starch sugar, vitamins, antibiotics and herbicides, insect repellents, copper, zinc, aluminum ore dehydration,metal refining,water
 treatment, volleyball acid plaster. 

Structure & Principle

The motor of lifting bag centrifuge

 The motor connection of lifting bag centrifuge is external. We can provide standard normal motor or explosion-proof motor. Normal power supply is 380V 50Hz 3-phase. Different in different country can be customized.
 

The bowl of lifting bag centrifuge

 The bowl is the main part of lifting bag centrifuge.Same as normal filter centrifuge, there are many holes,and the liquid will flow out from the holes, then discharge from the bottom of centrifuge. A ll stainless steel material or better meterial. 

The filter bag of lifting bag centrifuge

Lifting bag centrifuge is the same as normal filter centrifuge need to use filter bag to save the solid. About the material, four kinds of material can be choosen. And also the mesh number can be customized.
