Q3: How can I trust you for the first cooperation?

We passed the SGS &ISO certification, and we are a senior member in Alibaba international platform (more than 12years). For the first deal between us, the Alibaba's Trade Assurance service can be used, which will fairly protect your rights and money throughout the transaction process.
Q4: How do I place an order, and how is it completed?
A: Under the condition that the buyer is satisfied with the quotation and pre-sales service:
1. Both of parties sign on a contract, and then the seller prepare the PI.
2. The buyer arranges the down payment.
3. The seller prepares the machines.
4. After the machine is completed, have the test & trial run.
5. Before the delivery, if the buyer requires, have the necessary inspecting.
6. As per the contract/ PI amount, the buyer balances the payment.
7. The machine is going to be shipped.
8. After the machine is received, the seller provide the buyer guidance for the installation and the debugging.
